Text Messaging Program

Program name: Jon Kiper for Governor 2026 Voter Outreach

What to expect: Our campaign sends peer-to-peer text messages to registered voters in New Hampshire regarding the campaign, upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and election information. Each message is individually sent by a campaign volunteer.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive between 1 and 10 messages per month during active campaign periods.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Help: For help or questions about our text messaging program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at jonathankiper@gmail.com.

Supported carriers: Our text messaging program is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.

Consent: Our campaign contacts registered voters using publicly available voter registration data as permitted under New Hampshire law (NH RSA 654:31). This is a peer-to-peer messaging program in which each message is individually initiated by a volunteer.

Website & Volunteer Tool

Our campaign provides online tools for volunteer coordination, including canvassing tools, sign-up forms, and event information. By using these tools, you agree to provide accurate information and to use them only for legitimate campaign purposes.

Volunteer tools are provided for use by authorized campaign volunteers only. Unauthorized access or misuse of campaign tools, voter data, or volunteer systems is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on our campaign website and tools, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Jon Kiper for Governor and is protected by applicable laws. You may share campaign materials for the purpose of supporting the campaign.

Limitation of Liability
