These terms and conditions govern your use of the Jon Kiper for Governor ("the Campaign") website, volunteer tools, and text messaging program. By using our services or engaging with our communications, you agree to these terms.

Text Messaging Program

Program name: Jon Kiper for Governor 2026 Voter Outreach

What to expect: Our campaign sends peer-to-peer text messages to registered voters in New Hampshire regarding the campaign, upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and election information. Each message is individually sent by a campaign volunteer.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive between 1 and 10 messages per month during active campaign periods.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Help: For help or questions about our text messaging program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at jonkiper@votekiper.org.

Supported carriers: Our text messaging program is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.

Consent & Opt-In: You may consent to receive text messages from our campaign by visiting https://www.votekiper.org/contact and checking the opt-in checkbox on the contact form. This is the only method of opting in to our text messaging program. Our campaign also contacts registered voters using publicly available voter registration data as permitted under New Hampshire law (NH RSA 654:31). This is a peer-to-peer messaging program in which each message is individually initiated by a volunteer. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase or service. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information sharing: No mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
